Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product Very practical and gets the job done. Took a little over two hours to put together, does require at least two people to assembly, we had three and did great. Had a rain storm the day after we assembled it and kept the furniture nice and dry underneath. Love the optional 3 decorative hooks for under the roof. Able to put a light underneath for evening lighting. Really impressed!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It was great while it lasted. Not overly sturdy. We purchased the 10x10 version of this gazebo almost three years ago and were fairly happy with it in the beginning. The roof panels do let some sun filter through, but I was actually okay with that. All that being said, it's really not the sturdiest thing. The metal that connects the roof panels is fairly thin. Unfortunately, this means you don't necessarily want to take this apart for the winter as the screws will strip easily and in one case, the hole they go through just complete tore through. The roof panels are just a thin plastic and have cracked and almost half of them have fallen out altogether in the wind. Going into the third year, we now have to tear it down and recycle what we can. We've given up on these gazebos and now just plan to build a roof over our deck as nothing seems to last more than a year or two and doesn't hold up the wind storms that now seem to be happening all the time. Oh well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks terrific! You need to have at least 2 people to do this easily. My husband and 2 others had it up and ready in about 4 hours. Everything went together perfectly......all parts were provided. Take note: the size is incorrect....it is smaller than 10x12. I love it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a fan If you’re looking for a gazebo to give you shade on a sunny day, this Is not the gazebo for you. If you’re looking for a gazebo to give you shelter when it’s raining, this is not the gazebo for you. The description does say that the roof panels allow some sun light to come in. What it doesn’t say is it allows so much sun light to come in that it will actually create a greenhouse effect and make you even hotter and more uncomfortable. Also, it leaks. The cross bars between the middle panels trap water when it rains. If it’s pouring, forget about it. It starts leaking from everywhere. We’ve reinstalled the roof 3 times thinking maybe it was an installation error on our part but the result has been the same each time. These are just the problems after it’s put up. Building it was a whole other adventure. It’s very awkward to get the frame up. Honestly, that’s fine. It’s a 10x12 structure so that makes sense. It took my husband and I about 6 hours all in to build it. We expected that. Installing the roof panels..... ugh! So, the bottom rails that hold the roof panels in place are all connected at the corners. What this means is once you put the panels on one side you can’t fully secure them until you Install the panels on the next side and the next side and the next side. 2 rails overlap and meet at the corner post and get secured with 1 screw. So while you’re installing your panels on one side, the side you previously installed gets jarred loose and the roof panels start sliding out. The poly carbonate panels really aren’t that strong so it’s really easy to damage them. To save yourself from losing your mind during this step, I definitely recommend having 4 people to instal the panels. Not that it really matters though since it leaks anyways and doesn’t create any shade. Bottom line, we got this on sale for $200 off the original price and I still can’t say that it was a great deal. I’m not the type to spend big money on anything that isn’t a necessity. So I’m extremely upset that the one time I did drop nearly 4 figures on something, it ended up being on something that turned out so horribly. Save some money and buy a canvas gazebo or spend the extra and get a proper steel gazebo. This one simply isn’t worth the hassle or the money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Difficult to assemble Was able to do most of the assembly alone but this item has a lot of individual pieces and fasteners. Roof was a nightmare to put in. Once you slide section in do not try to remove it or the small strips will come out with it. Remove the plastic covering on both sides before you put it in and make sure you know which side faces out. So far happy with the final product but not sure it was worth the effort and frustration.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Quality and Easy Set-up! The instructions were fairly easy to follow. It took a total of 5-6 hours for two people to set it up. The materials are light but great quality. The only cons are that it’s not completely sun-blocking, just provides some shade. And the privacy curtains are out of stock everywhere so you won’t have the option of using them until they get back in stock, if they ever do.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sojag Terrible I purchased the 10ft x 12ft Grey Sojag Ventura. Looks nice, but the instructions are terrible and look they a have been drawn by a 10 year old boy with a bad attitude. More bolts than the titanic, called into support when setting it up and they really couldn't be bothered on the phone. Once setup it leaks all over the place, spoke to support at Sojag who said email in photo's which we did and never received a response back. So had to use clear sealant to plug the leaks. Will never buy another Sojag again, looks nice 2 stars, setup instructions 0 stars, setup with a million bolts 0 stars, support 0 stars. Dont buy Sojag!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Gazebo, but has some flaws We bought this product online from Home Depot simply because the description says privacy curtains available separately. Unfortunately they are NOT available through Home Depot, and the supplier Sojag does not have them available until Mid July of the year. If I had of know this when I purchased this gazebo, I would have looked a different make and model. Sojag has been the worst to deal with. It is not a Home Depot error, but and error with the makers of the gazebo itself.

Is the roof of Model #312-6153583, Store SKU #1001004069 completely aluminum, not just the frame of it?
