So here is the reason for the 2 stars bolts unaccessible and difficult to assemble, screws way to short difficult to line up on the roof retaining ends and stripping very easily due to length, Assembly instructions need to be done in cronilogical order instead of a bunch of items on one page add some steps. Like i indicated beautiful when assembled and if i were to purchase another one of their products i think i would pay the money for the assembly. Most of the job needs 2 people for assembly and some parts 3 people.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome gazebo! I'm very pleased with my Ventura II gazebo, which I've had for a few months. The mosquito nets are easy to slide across on their dedicated track. They go right to the ground and have minimal gaps between the sliders when pulled across and zipped closed. The ceiling has mosquito netting across the centre, which prevents bugs from entering via the tiered roof. Note that this netting across the top of the ceiling prevents access to the hook that is in the centre of the ceiling. Not an issue for me, but this is something to consider for those that want to make use of this hook. I love how there is a separate track for the privacy curtains (which I purchased separately). They have nice velcro ties which keep them attached to the posts when not in use. You can even have these tied without interfering with the mosquito nets being used (which I use much more than the curtains). I bought this gazebo primarily to prevent my furniture from getting soaked in the rain and to protect me from the mosquitos. It has proved to be very effective for both, plus it's a sturdy and attractive addition to my deck!

Requires a couple of people to install. The bottom small covers at the end of each metal truss could be attached better to frame.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good shelter, Ok build quality. The shelter itself is nice. The build quality is OK. The manufacturer miss-aligned a bunch of holes and 2 were so far off I had to drill new holes entirely. I followed the instructions exactly as they were laid out. They were very easy to follow and everything labelled very well. There are no gutters but an older, smaller model that a relative has does have gutters. In very heavy winds I get a little bit of rain driven up which results in a very slow single drip near the top. It's not a big deal as with that much wind a lot of rain was blowing in from the side anyway. The delivery was bad. It was supposed to arrive 10 - 15 days after order and every day my delivery date moved out by another day.. 20 days after order it still showed it would arrive 10 - 15 days from that day. The delivery was about a week and a half after than the original delivery window ended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome looking gazebo! The assembly took longer than expected. 3 of us took about 9 hours. All of us are mechanically inclined. Instructions leave a lot to be desired...pictures are sometimes not clear as to what they are referring to. Roof panels are a bit tricky to install, you must leave everything loose to install. However, everything went together well and the finished product is awesome! Very solid in high winds!

J ai toutefois des doutes pour l hivers sur la moulure decorative qui est soutenu par 4 des vis de 1/2 pouce pour 14 pieds et qui va retenir la neige... dans l ensemble je recommande.

Does this model have a center post for winter roof support?

no it does not. I had to scrape off the snow with a shop broom but it had over a foot of wet snow on it several times during this past winter and it didnt collapse.

Are the steel roof panels prone to rust ?

no rust but bad design - the ice accumulate in winter because the trim keeps it there - a better design would be more appropiate, This would let the ice and snow fust slide off insted of staying put in its trim gutter.

I see in the manual it's saying you have to buy the hooks for the screening & curtains separate? I hope this in not true. I'm expecting our gazebo any day. The last Sojag gazebo we bought had all the hooks with it!

Hello, the unit needs to be anchored down so you will need to make holes in your vinyl flooring. You just need to make sure the unit is anchored down on a solid, flat and level surface

Yes, that is what I did. Gazebo sits on outdoor concrete pavers and is secured with spikes which go through the pavers, into the ground or can also be secured with sandbags.
