Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well, nice look. Install is cumbersome. I bought this to separate my front porch from my living room due to a drafty porch. No room to install a swinging door, so I opted for a folding door. Works like a charm to keep the cold air out. Tip: When measuring to fit the height, make sure you factor in the wheels at the top, too. Also make sure you have a sharp hacksaw.

Can these doors lock together

I'm not positive, but I don't think so. I don't think that the magnets will stick together. If they should stick together, I'm not sure how great it would look. Also, if you have pets, and are trying to keep them out they would come undone very easily. With just my one door, my cat just hits it with her feet and it pops open.

I have a opening under the stairs in the basement, the size is around 26 1/2 inch x 75 1/2inch, it is not trimed yet. I am wandering if this 24 x 80inch (24-inch to 36-inch Oakmont Frost White Accordion Bifold Door) can fit into this opening. Thanks.

Hello, The opening must be as close as possible to the item size.The track is 36", so you require at least 36" width. The height can easily be trimmed to your needs. Thank you,

Hello, Theoretically it could be cut by a professional, however this would leave the product appearing unfinished along the cut seam. What can be used to cut this door down a couple of inches in height?

We haven't opened the package yet, so can't really say. Have you tried calling a Home Depot store and talking to someone there? If they can't answer your question, they may be able to give you a number to call. We won't be installing the door until after Christmas, but when we do, I will send another message, just in case you haven't got an answer.

How can I cut the length?? 2 inches longer than my door. Thank you

There are detailed instructions inside the package. Carefully, remove and store all screws from the bottom of the door. I would suggest using some painters tape to keep the folded door held together and prevent any movement. Measure and mark the length that you desire. Then cut the door to that length using a hack saw, or similar sharp tool. Replace all screws at the bottom, the holes should be visible after cutting - take a picture before removing the screws if concerned.
