Does this come with the edging?

Yes, on the left and right side. It is good to go to the store and see a sample. It says "stainless" but it is aluminum on rubber. Looks good though.

what is the best way to cut these to shape?

Hi Brandon, Thanks for your inquiry. This item is designed so the customers do not need to cut it, unless you have a cooktop. If this is the case the best way to cut them is with a tablesaw with a diamond blade, but you can also use a mitter saw, a rotary tool or even a utility knife if you do not have too many cuts to do.

Yes it is possible but you have to use silicone as glue since the glue included is no good.

With one person it was over an HR holding each strip firmly to the wall before installing the next one. Holds up amazingly. Can't comment on cutting it.

This is referred to as a 'Stainless' product. The photos look like there are variations in the tiles but I'm wondering if that's just how the light is hitting them at any given moment. Would someone please clarify for me? Are they different shades?

No the color is the same! The reason why it might look different is because the brush effect goes in different directions for every single chip, catching the light a different way.
