Rated 4 out of 5 by from nice door We like this door very much.one door was not in track when its shipping form was opened up...it fell out luckily not damaged Installed door with wedges per instructions but a screw in side would be helpful per previous reviews on installation.But the rt side door handle came already assembled and handle screws were stripped out and bent, handle twists when opened...need a replacement for handle

Unique grill style on a double slide was hard to find but these are nice. A couple of notes for potential buyers: This is a solid door which can be good and bad. Since its an exterior door, we wanted it more solid for security reasons but the doors are heavier that most that we looked at, I would say their weight is certainly above average. A child might have a hard time sliding the door easily although that might not be a bad thing. We cleaned out the track and applied some lubrication which did help. Also, the door locks fine but there is no secondary security bar that comes with the door. One more note on installation. The door calls to be "placed" inside the frame but it is never secured to the actual house. We took several long screws and carefully secured to the house for security and safety. Overall a high quality door that we love so far.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice door The door looks very nice, that is the reason that my wife and I bought this door. It was dropped off to the local store very well packaged, no damage to the door at all. My contractor and I got the door and brought it to my house got my old door out and put the new one in that is when we noticed how warped the door was. I have installed many doors before with and without a contractor, but neither one of us has ever had a new door so warped before. We got the door plumb like normal but on the top, and both sides it was so warped that it took both of us hours to get the frame plumb and square enough that the doors would stay in the tracks and actually operate properly. The sides of the door frame were like a row of S's we would shim the top bottom and middle of each side then would have the frame between the center and the top or bottom be touching the wall in the middle but bowed in on either side of that. We eventually got the door in and buttoned up so no air could get in and everything seems to work smooth but I will never order this companies doors again. I paid out to my contractor the savings I had from not going through the millwork department and Special ordering a patio door. I am disappointed in the fact that a company would send a door in such rough condition. Also the size is not a standard size for a 2x4 wall or a 2x6 wall its too thick for 2x4 and too thin for a 2x6.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This patio door looks great, however, I ordered the wrong size! This is just what I was looking for, however, it was available only in 60" and 72" widths online. The 72". which I ordered was too wide for my door area. I had to re-order one , with the help of Rudy and Anthony at our local Binghamton Home Depot. This is the fourth door, I've ordered for my home, and they always help me out! They are great!
