Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Satisfied Unlike the 2 star review, my contractor did not have an issue with the directions. We did have an issue, however. After it was assembled one of the interior parts , the cartridge, didn't work correctly. We contacted the seller, homewardbath.com, and they sent the replacement part within 48 hours. We had to unassemble part of the unit to reinstall the replacement part. The vendor picked up the cost of labor for the plumber to replace the faulty part. This is excellent customer service.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Horrible instructions! I am giving this a low rating based SOLELY on the fact the instructions are horrible. Might as well not even waste the paper. I see a review on here from FOUR YEARS AGO stating that they are working on the directions….obviously that didn’t happen. They are SO bad! And their response from FOUR YEARS AGO says to call with questions……I’m sorry but if I spend a this much on a product I expect that there will be legible instructions included and I won’t HAVE to call and try to explain the situation. Get it together!

How many gallons of water per minute to each of the shower heads and sprayers use? I am afraid this might drain my hot water tank in minutes. Does it heat any water in the shower itself or does it just pull from the hot water tank?

HI THANK YOU FOR INTEREST IN OUR STEAM SHOWER.. DUE SEVERAL REGULATIONS AND CODES YOU CANT RUN THE JETS, RAIN FALL SHOWER AND HAND HELD AT THE SAME TIME. THE ONLY THING YOU CAN RUN WITH ONE OF THOSE IS THE STEAM GENERATOR AND THAT DRAWS OFF THE COLD WATER LINE. WE RECOMMEND ACCESS TO THE CONTROL SIDE OF THE SHOWER AND WHEN SETTING THE BASE TO USE THIN SET TO MAKE SURE ITS SECURE AND LEVEL.
