Quality is very poor. wicker hides screw holes wicker also interferes with other wicker parts, making it impossible to screw together well. Legs aren’t square - can’t get the chairs level. If you must buy this, here are some hints: 1. put the bottom screws in first on the legs. otherwise you’ll never get them in 2 Don’t try to level the chair - you can use the feet to level when you’re done (with a bit of trouble). 3 get a good 4mm hex wrench. The one that comes with it is not good 4 A drill with a 4mm hex bit is worthwhile. (or 5/32.). $9.24 at home depot for a set of bits.

May be better for looks or staging vs an actual favorite chair to sit on. If you like straight back, stiff seating, this is for you and recommended. The assembly took longer than it should have, the holes just refused to line up. We switched pieces around and with the reliability of the "hit or miss" strategy, we got both chairs put together. I am not sure of the material though. They are labeled as Wicker but they appear to have a finish I can't determine. They are good chairs, not my favorites though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Hampton Bay wicker patio lounge chairs look and feel great and I would have given 5 star except for the assembly. The first chair went together ok except the four bolts right at the bottom ell are hard to reach making it difficult. However, the second chair was a whole different matter. Fortunately, I have a workshop with plenty of clamps. In addition to hard to reach holes mentioned above, one of the arm to backs was overwrapped making it impossible to bolt without the help of clamps. Additionally, several of the holes were overwrapped with the plastic weaving. Nice that the cushions have ties so the wind does not blow them off.

The next one was defective and is not possible to assemble. It took a week to get help at HD to solve this. Some people were so helpful, but the manufacturer was not responding. Some reps at HD couldn't figure our solutions. Three people were really good, Eric, Denisha, and Morgana. I could never reach them again, because the phone menu did not work. The number and extension I was given did not connect me to the person who gave me the number. Some of the menu choices were not clear enough to understand. It has been a hard job resolving this! Thank goodness for the people who did respond to me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for the price, worried about some rusting... Great chairs for the price, easily comparable to some of the more expensive patio furniture out there. Really comfortable and a nice wide seat for comfortable cross-legged sitting. On the putting together topic, they aren't a 1 one on the easy scale, but certainly do-able, it really helps to have an extra person and use a hex screwdriver instead of the allan key it comes with. One thing I have noted after just a month of owning the, I am noticing some rust coloured marks around the screw holes. Hoping that doesn't lead to problems, as they are basically brand new, maybe invest in some chair covers as well.

One hole had a small piece of soddered metal inside it which prevented the bolt from screwing in. Inhad to band that out with a hammer and a driver. Than they had staples inside some of the holes blocking the pathway. Terrible assembly design. I firgured id improvise as i didnt want to return this item only to reorder again and have the same issues. They are assembled and look nice but the faux wicker probably wont last long anyway.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Meh The finally assembled chairs look good enough I suppose but the screw holes did not line up properly at several points and were extremely difficult to get in. The wicker was also covering several screw holes and had to be cut in addition to there being some kind of metal protrusion blocking the pathway in a few screw holes that had to be moved with a pair of pliers. All in all would not recommend unless someone else does the assembling.

I absolutely love the look of the couch and chairs together. We put a front porch on our house a few years back and these chairs look great on the front porch. They are very comfortable, easy to install and make the house look great. These chairs definitely met our expectations

Just picked up our stackable woven chairs. One of them has a front leg that is shorter and makes the chair wobble. Have any suggestions.

I would suggest loosening all of the bolts enough to give the chair some flexibility in the total structure. As you are probably aware these chairs are tough to assemble. Once assembled they are sturdy. I found that keeping the bolts tightened just enough allowed me to do the final assembly and adjust for any binding and tension at the joints. However, if the leg is actually shorter than the others in measurement I would take it back.

Hi George, the overall dimension of the chair is 26 in. W x 27 in. D x 35 in. H, and the loveseat is 46.5 in. W x 27 in. D x 35 in. H; the weight limit of the chair is 250 lbs. each, and the weight limit of the loveseat is 450 lbs.. Thank you.

I love the style and price. They were quite difficult to assemble. My best advice is to keep all the screws as loose as possible while assembling, then tighten. None of the caps fit over the screws. They were not put on the display models at the store, so I guess the employees couldn’t get them on either. I hope they don’t rust.
