Rated 1 out of 5 by from JUNK! I have purchased several Sno Joe/Sun Joe products in the past and have always been very pleased. Imagine my surprise when I went to use this trimmer. I spent about 30 minutes trying to use it-about five minutes of actual work and the other 25 trying to get the line to feed out properly. I finally gave up and went back to my old tried and true Weed Eater. Don't waste your money on this.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's too small so if you have a really small... It's too small so if you have a really small yard, this would be OK. I returned this and went to HD store and bought a bigger one to save me time trimming the grass around the trees and edges.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money I used this trimmer 2 times and it stopped turning. No matter what I do, it won't turn. Not very well built. Not using on anything heavy, just trimming grass around my foundation Been trying to get in touch with the company to see if it can be replaced under the warranty, but no one ever answers the phone. I'll try a new brand next time.

Piece of garbage. Sun Joe products have no service depots in Canada. I finally got a replacement a month later and it is garbage too!! I ended up so annoyed with the replacement after less than 1/2 hour of use I smashed it to bits on my sidewalk!!!. Boo!

Can I use an regular power outlet to it? Or I need to buy an extension cord for it?
