They were junk - looked like it and broke down after relatively little use. If you've ever said "I wouldn't mind paying a bit more, if someone would just make a half decent "xxx" - this pressure washer is it. Except it doesn't cost anymore than the junkie ones! Above average quality at an average price. Real stainless steel and brass where it is needed! The power cord even has a built in GFI breaker! And it is more powerful than the other similar units I had to toss out.

After careful consideration for a pressure washer, i chose this unit as it has very good reviews not only on Home Depot but on other sites as well. This unit is rated the best electric pressure washer for 2020. I have used this for almost a week now and i am happy with it. I am almost finished cleaning my entire deck and i must say, its the perfect combo of pressure and water volume. Since my deck is soft wood, i knew i had to be cautious on how far to keep the nozzle. WAIT! It didn't chew the wood even held up close!! OK... Maybe in a few spots but my sander will fix that. I love this unit inside and out. Has a GFI plug which works like it should. The assembly literally took me minutes. Grab a screwdriver folks! 6 screws and voila! Glad i didn't buy the gas unit i was looking at. All i can say folks is DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING! Glad i did. Thank you SunJoe for a great product!

Works for a minute or two, then looses all pressure, and buzzes. Stop, start again. Dies again. Repeat. Tried everything I could think of to make it work. Short water line, no extension cord, prime with water before using, etc etc. My 25 year old Karcher never gave me grief like this. Should have returned SPX300 asap, but was recovering from heart surgery. Missed the 30 day window. Now I am stuck with this unused broken piece of plastic. Buyer beware! Quality control was off the job when my unit was made. Will contact manufacturer to see if they can help. Supposed to have 2 yr warranty.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not so hot pressure I bought this recently to replace an aging and recently non-functioning machine rated at 1600psi. I am disappointed with the available pressure that doesn't equal my old machine. My cleaning jobs involve patterned cement patios and synthetic wood decking. Except for the 0º tip (which you don't want to use!) the dirt is not blasted away. The SnoJoe may do the job with the addition of detergent. We'll see. My other complaint would be the quality of the power cord which has a wonderful "memory" for staying kinked. Maybe stretching it out in the hot sun will loosen it up. My other observation is that the pressure hose has to be disconnected completely before it can be effectively stored on its holder.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great features when compared to others My wife bought a pressure washer from another store and I read reviews, assembled it and then saw this Sun Joe model at Home Depot. I bought this and upon assembly was already impressed - the gun, hose, and wheels feel like better quality materials and build. When I turned it on the pressure was also better - I have returned the other pressure washer and will enjoy using this Sun Joe, IF I can get the hose connector to stop leaking! I have reconnected the hose, removed and checked and reinserted the washer...If I can get this sorted out, I would rate higher. Off to register warranty now and see how this goes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Bought this pressure washer due to the higher pressure for the price, most $200 pressure washers do not have 2000psi pressure, also it comes with 5 nozzles and the 2 year full replacement warranty on the pressure washer or any of the parts, got the washer and put it together using teflon tape on all metal on metal hose connection, some of the people commenting that some of their connections leak did not I'm sure use teflon tape, I do not have a drop of water leaking from any connection, once assembled I connected the hose and starting using the pressure washer, at first I thought it was malfunctioning cause the engine would sometimes run high and barely any water came out but soon that stopped and I realized it was air bubbles in the hose, once those went through the pressure washer worked without fault, I used the 60 degree nozzle and pressure washed my car then used the 0 degree and cleared out a crack in my driveway, this is a great little pressure washer, barely any noise which turns off anyway when you're not squeezing the trigger, I would recommend and have recommended this pressure washer to anyone.

The 5 nozzles that it comes with allows for jobs from cleaning with detergent to high pressure removal. I have only used the mid-pressure nozzle and the cleaning nozzles; both did the job that I had. The former was used as the first stage of black mold removal from a pressure treated wood deck. The latter was used for the second stage of the deck mold removal, and our concrete garage floor cleaning. Results were noticeable. The wood deck has been restored to almost new.

Comes with 5 different nozzle options including one for soap/detergent dispensing for two built-in canisters that you can fill up. All in all its a good product. Mine happened to stop working after 3 months of use, but I reached out to Sun Joe support and they filed a warranty claim in no time. I received a new unit before I even had time to box and ship my defective unit (all at their expense). I am pleased with my experience and would buy Sun Joe products again.

How long can i use it on a full battery?

I'm a 1st time buyer of a pressure washer. Is this one powerful enough to clean dirt and grime from rubber paving on driveway? Hoping it would do the job. Or is it best to purchase one with a higher PSI? HELP!!

It's powerful enough. You wouldn't need a powerful jet as it could cut into the rubber. It comes with 5 heads, so you could start with a softer spray (40°) and work up to say the 15°. I use it on my asphalt driveway, deck and many other surfaces. 2000psi falls into the mid-range of power washers and electric is good for the environment.
