Rated 5 out of 5 by from great product the foam cannon works incredibly well and is very easy to use. a lot of people who reviewed this complained about the neck of the bottle breaking. my question to them is - how tight are you tightening it? I slowly tightened it for fear of it breaking from the reviews but as soon as it's flush it would require an obvious over exertion of force. common sense would dictate when to stop tightening. after experimenting to find the best soap/water ratio and amount pulled from the bottle/spray fan width I found the perfect setting. dilute the soap with a 1/10 soap to water ratio and twist both the bottle nozzle and spray fan open all the way. PERFECT!

It holds more than enough soap to wash my Rogue. The foam was very thick and stayed on the vehicle long enough for me to complete the washing. It helped that I watched a few videos on YouTube before purchasing and using the cannon...I was already pretty familiar with it when I got it. Yes, my pressure washer has soap dispensers built in, but the are a pain to clean thoroughly and they don't make FOAM. An external soap dispenser is much easier to clean and you don't have to worry thta it will clog up your machine like the built in might. Get it -- you'll like it.

The metering valve at the top goes around two full turns but only the last quarter of a turn does anything. It would have been nice if they designed their pressure washers to have a foam cannon holder on board.

This one by sunjoe does exactly the same as the others at a fraction of the price! My only problem was figuring out how much soap to put in. I decided on 4(ish)oz and filled the rest with water. Worked perfect!

I would recommend purchasing M22 quick connects so that you can easily switch between the foam cannon and pressure wand if you have a pressure washer that has M22 threads on the pressure wand (such as the SPX 3000). It comes with an adapter for use with Sun Joe pressure washers that has M22 threads. It doesn't come with instructions, but you can find a product video on YouTube. I filled it up about 3/4 full with warm water and added 4 ounces of Adam's Car Shampoo to it. I shook it up to mix and foamed away. I wanted a lot of suds so I turned it all the way clockwise then backed off about a 1/4 turn. Even at this setting, I was able to spray an entire full sized truck and still had about 1/4 of soap left in the container! My only small gripe is that the soap only comes out in a horizontal spray and can't be changed to vertical. Thia is the only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars. However, I wouldn't consider it a deal-breaker.

It attaches directly to the pressure washer gun rather than the metal wand. It did a great job and last plenty long to soap an entire vehicle at least twice. Thanks SunJoe

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sturdy foamer assembly, but weak detergent dispenser. I am pleased with the product, but the detergent bottle is really weak. Mines broke after a few uses. Hard to locate a detergent bottle that fits the Sun Joe Brand. I wasn't prepared to purchase another complete assembly, so I crafted one from a 20 oz soft drink bottle. I heated the top of the bottle with a heat gun for about 20 seconds. I then screwed the metal connector onto the threaded portion of the bottle, and let it cool. Since the connector is metal and the bottle is plastic, it creates the correct threads for this purpose. It is much stronger than the dispenser that came with it. I would recommend this product. Just be careful handling the dispenser.

Does this product spray foam at high or low pressure ?

Yes, both there are two adjustments one for how much soap and one for how much pressure. I have never tried it at high pressure though so don’t know how well it works.

Does this connect straight to a Sun Joe SPX3000 or do I need a connector?

Dear Home Depot Customer, A transfer adapter is included with the purchase of the 34 oz. Foamer Cannon for SPX Series Pressure Washers. In order to use the foam cannon you will first need to unscrew the 18 inch metal wand from the trigger gun. You will then take the transfer adapter and screw it into the trigger gun. once this is done you will be able to attach the foam cannon.
