It does not specify how far apart the mounting bolts are. I have a door knocker I would like to replace. The bolts attach from the back and they are about 6 3/4 inches aprt. Would this fit?

The one I purchased is fastened to the door with screws that were provided. The screws are attached from the front of the knocker into the door. They are located at the top & bottom and are about 6 inches apart. Why not take the old unit off and take it to the store to compare before purchasing?
