I was woken up by my Dog barking at this hanging pot which has a catch on the inside that rusted and bent when it only hangs on by so little. The pot warped in the sun so I better check others before I find freshly planted other planters (purchased three) for damage to the garment on the inside where the cable meets the silver dot you see in the picture on the back side. Wierdest latch for a hanging basket I have ever seen but loved the look until they started to warp and eventually shift.

Hanger is adjustable short to long or long to short. The only problem I had was I potted the plant and watered it before I hung it. Which made it SUPER heavy. This hanging pot is well made and BEAUTIFUL!!

How much can be stored in the reservoir?

The insert allows about 4 cups before the drain hold can expel fluidlk. It comes with a ring so you can use on a table top and leave in the plug if you don’t want the plant to drain. Nothing abnormal about the insert, given the size I would say it covers the bottom 5th.

I uses cables that allow you to lower and raise planters months afer plamtres. The have a small clip behind the chrome dot you see in the picture and after 9 months I had one fail.
