Rated 3 out of 5 by from disappointed Have not used this yet but when assembling it I found that the electric cord for the electric starter is not included. Disappointed with that. Have to look online for one. Home depot is not easy to search

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My first toro [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easy to assemble. Put oil in the Engine and non-ethanol gas in the tank , started on the second pull. just waiting for a good snowfall to use it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Our Updated Snowblower [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 24” 2 stroke snow blower for 32 years. It had the original spark plug and all I did was replace the paddles. Unfortunately, I gave it to my son. Turns out our HOA isn’t timely removing snow. This machine is for convenience and a way to get out in an emergency. It starts easily with the pull or electric starter. I love the fact that I don’t mix fuel anymore. For its size its a beast. Very happy with the quality

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Don’t like large wheels on the back [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is may 3rd Toro, Father’s Day gift from my wife an kids. Even though my 2nd mower is 14 years old and still runs good. I give the new Toro 4 star rating because I don’t like the big wheels on the back. The big wheels make the turns and curves in my landscaping difficult. Also for some reason about 20% of the grass doesn’t end up in the bag. I have checked the bag and everything fits tight. Checked the side slot and it is tight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Didn't know what I was missing! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this toward the end of the season and got to use it 2 times. We had a lot snow this past winter and my old snow blower was just not making it! I would always end up with a sore back and shoulders. I got my Toro and wow what a difference!! We had 2 mid size storms to end the season and this thing is as powerful as my old big one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Toro Snowblower [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this snowblower in December for Chicago snow. I hade a craftsman 6 cycle large machine, hard to maneuver and would get stuck. This Toro is smaller easy to use, maneuver and this thing is powerful. This is my first Toro product and I am truly satisfied and my husband who is not handy at all was able to put it together in minutes... he actually I was so happy with he did a few neighbors houses.... ooo did mention we live on a corner lot....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Power to get the job done yet easy to use... [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous Toro snowblower finally had its last day after 22 years of great service. Purchased the Power Clear 721E as it is easy to use and offered the best features for the price. Here in Michigan, it snows from November thru April (most years) so my snowblower get a workout every year. I have two circle driveways and it only takes me about 15 minutes from start to finish. If you're looking for a machine that will get the job done and that is easy to use, the Toro Power Clear 721E is the way to go!

Is this snow blower able to be smart stored like the mowers where it can be hung on a wall?

Asked by: JoeR
No, only our mowers have the SmartStow feature. We never recommend that you hang a mower or snow blower on the wall. Fold-down handle and chute make storage or transport simple. Storage dimensions: 33" x 21" x 34" (84 cm x 54 cm x 87 cm). Thank you.

Hello, This model has 0.28 gallons fuel tank. How long will a full tank of gasoline run? Thank you.
Asked by: curious
Fuel consumption rate is highly dependent on snow conditions. On average a tank of fuel will last one hour. Model 38753 has a fuel tank capacity of 0.58 gallons. We will request that the product page information is updated. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I recieve my toro blower with electric start but a power cord was not in the box. An oversite?? Can one be sent to me?

Asked by: Cmhaley
I didn't get one either. Given the quality of the machine for the price, it's probably not an oversight both times.

Are other owners of the newer model for this year, (model 38753), getting their cable melted because the exhaust is right across from the cable and lower handle bar? Is it breaking down the cable too? If so, what are you doing about it? Seems like a poor design.
Asked by: fjb730
We’re sorry to hear you are experiencing this, you can rest assured that the heat will not cause issue with the galvanized steel cable but we will definitely make sure our engineering team has this feedback.

What could be causing snow to shoot/spray backwards from underneath the snow blower? It doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes when I'm going over perfectly flat parts of our driveway and patio with no cracks or bumps, a 3 - 6 inch stream of snow will spray backwards from underneath, at approximately the midpoint between the wheels. From what I can tell the scraper is not chipped, bent, or warped and is making good solid contact with the driveway all the way across the edge of the scraper. It's a bit frustrating because I always have to use a shovel afterwards to clean up.
Asked by: Speedster
That’s a great question – Try to always keep the back wheels in contact with the ground, what may be happening while pushing the machine often there is a natural tendency to rock the machine forward into the snow plow pile. Since the auger is still in motion and the Power Clear line up uses our patented suspended scraper technology, power propel, the machine is still pulling snow in, but now with it rocked forward it’s pushing it behind/under the machine instead of up and out the chute.
