Unfortunately, the photo directions for assembling were very poor and I had a number of problems deciphering what the photo was telling me to do. There were no words to describe the assembly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Toro - the best mower! This lawn mower is wonderful! I am a 74 year old retired woman who bought a home for the first time with a lawn (I lived in a condo before). I don't have much hand strength in my right hand as I had a bad break a couple of years ago. So far, I have mowed my lawn 4 times and it starts on the first pull (with my right hand)! I am extremely happy. And the rear wheel drive with the variable speed is just what I need to get the job done. The blade stop feature is also a much needed feature which I use. I use the mulching feature when I mow. One thing I have not tried yet is the hose wash-out feature, as I tilt the mower when I am done and look under at the blade and it's housing - it is usually quite clean. I can't say enough accolades for this mower! I look forward to mowing my yard!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Choice After researching self propelled mowers, it came down to 2 brands. Honda and Toro. Either one would be the smart choice. I chose the Toro and am glad I did. Easy to assemble, above average quality, and easy to use. This mower mulches so well that even when the grass is a little tall, there are no visible clippings. The Personal Pace feature is everything I hoped it would be. It makes the mower respond to YOUR pace which makes a big difference in the satisfaction of using this mower. Best walk behind mower I've ever owned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It does what it is supposed to do Mower starts and runs well. I would feel better if there were more explanation in the user manual and fewer drawings that I could not understand. I would feel better had there been a primer button, even though I have not needed it yet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quality went downhill I bought this mower as almost a direct replacement to my older one. About the only thing different was the spin stop feature. Even the HP was the same. While the older mower did give out after a number of years of use, it had more cutting power, was quieter and more reliable. I bought this mower in July of 2017. This mower starts on the first pull maybe 10% of the time, even though it's "guaranteed". I always use premium, non-ethanol, gasoline and run it dry before winter. It bogs down in heavier grass, so much so it will kill the engine here and there. It's now in the shop with a clogged carb. I love the personal pace and spin stop features - the two major reasons I purchased the mower again.
