Rated 5 out of 5 by from Toro 20353 [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased lawnmower in 2020 and has performed very well, no issues, easy to start and clean. Easy to adjust wheels and AWD works great. No issues.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from EXTREMELY Hard to Push The good: easy to start, plenty of power. Like the AWD The (really bad): The whole point of a self propelled mower is that it is easy to push. The combination of a heavy mower (larger engine & AWD) and having to enable not one but 2 cables for the AWD, means that you have to push very hard on the handle to get the self propel function to engage. I have tried all combinations of lowering the handle (for better leverage), adjusting both drive cables to make them as tight as possible and even disconnecting the spring that causes the handle to retract. All these have helped a bit, but the mower is still really hard to push, especially going up hills. My property is very hilly. The mower designers added a blue bar below the handle that you can squeeze to get more drive, but it is in an awkward position and your hands will quickly cramp from squeezing it way too often. This blue handle was clearly added by the designers after the fact once they realized how hard it was to push this thing. Wish I had stayed with the old 2WD version, which was way easier to push.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love this lawn mower but [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this mower and loved it. We live on a hill. Problem back when kept coming off. 1st time okay I fixed it. 2nd nope. Something wrong. We took it back. Now we can't find another one. We got one that was similar. But it was a piece of junk. So we just got our money back. Now I wish we would have just kept the first one and I just kept fixing the wheel on it. I'm sure if we can find this same lawn mower again

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hill climber [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This personal pace all wheel drive works very well on steep hills and it is a climber . Issues that have come up are the quality of the wheels and the height adjustment . The rubber has come loose from the wheel and the inside of the wheel has cracked open causing grass to collect and interfere with the ability of the wheel to turn. The height adjustments are flimsy and rust easily . The tension on the personal pace bar is very tight , after an hours worth of continuous mowing it will cause hands to cramp up

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lawn mower [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a very good mower. The bar for engaging the drive system more than what the personal pace offers is a little bit awkward.
