Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love this machine, with a couple observations though. Only used twice so far but I love this machine! I'm able to get around trees and landscaping features with ease. Seat is comfy and adjusts fore/aft to suit the tallest to the shortest. Very stable and powerful on slopes. Storage is a breeze because it's so compact. Overall very pleased so far, but have an observation I think is important to share. I purchased the optional recycler kit and, although it works extremely well leaving no clumps or long clippings, I've found the recycler kit renders the deck water wash feature almost useless (disrupts the water flow I guess). It's an unfortunate trade off which no one mentioned when I purchased. Fortunately the mower deck is relatively easy to remove/install so I'll give the deck a good cleaning regularly anyway.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SW3200 best mower I ever owned I recently purchased a Timecutter SW3200 452cc 32”, traded a 6 year old same make & model only with lever steering, this one has the steering wheel, front wheel steering control, I’ve used it about five times, “Best mower I ever had, and I’ve had a few in my 78 years.” I can only say, if I could have gone to their factory and designed my own mower, this would have been it, love it!”

Seems they discontinued this model SW3200 and I scratch my head in wondering why. Unless there is something wrong with this mower down the road, I am satisfied with the handling, sharp zero turns, comfortable seat and easy to use controls. No digging into the grass in tight turns, I highly recommend the SW (steering wheel models) I believe toro still has the SW4200. Got the free white glove delivery and it was great!

We actually ended up taking the lawn mower back but I can say for the 3 times we used it, it performed exactly how I wanted! Awesome lawn mower! The problem was my lawn was way to small! I thought it would be ok but the small mower was too big for my tiny lawn!

The mower I've had only a little over a year, it has been kept inside an insulated garage and still the battery needs replaced already. In addition, I had questions when a mounting kit wasn't included in my original purchase so I emailed Toro customer service and never received anything in a return except an email stating they had received my email. The mulching kit was a lot of work to remove to install the bagging system and after I replaced the deck I am unable to get it level no matter how many adjustments I make so I never have a nice even cut even on level ground. It would be nice to have even grass and also to be more practical for residential use to be able to easily transition to the bagger for a mow when needed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A bit disappointed The mower does fine on the perfectly flat areas of our yard, but scalps the small hills. We went to great lengths explaining to the salesperson that we do not have a perfectly flat yard, but was assured this mower would do fine. Unfortunately that has not been the case, even when mowing at a higher than recommended blade height. Have to mow these areas with a push mower. So we are a bit disappointed that the Toro doesn't perform as sold.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for hills and tight places After cancer treatments and getting on in years my wife thought it best that l get a lawn service or a riding mower. Well I wasn't about to turn my yard over to someone else so I bought the SW3200 Zero Turn mower. Our yard is about 1/2 acre but is quite hilly and has many flower gardens to cut around. I chose the steering wheel model over the levers because of the hills. The model with the levers has a tendency to slide on the hills. The steering wheel model is more stable. I can take the hills with ease and even go in and out of some of the tight areas on some rather steep inclines with no problems. The small size is perfect for our yard. I get done in about 1/3 the time that it took to walk. Love this machine. Toro, you did a great job with this one.

I was looking for a riding mower with certain features and after doing some research I found the Toro 32" zero turn riding mower. It seemed to be just what I wanted.I bought one in May 2017 and have used it about a half a dozen times. It has done everything I wanted. I would recommend this mower to anyone that wants this type of mower.
