Goes together pretty easily, except the chute is a little tricky to snap on top. Looking forward to the convenience of a cordless snowblower.

I really can't offer a review of this snow blower as I didn't get to use it. It was easy to put together; however when I went to put the deflector on the discharge chute; the discharge chute was cracked so I had to return the item to the store. The only thing I can offer would be that based on the Toro brand itself, it probably is a good machine. That is the reason for saying that I would recommend the product. I will say that I had no problems returning the item to the store.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Initial Review and Impressions Actually purchased this unit through a Toro dealer so have no comments about setup. Have had virtually no snow to speak of so far to really run this snow thrower through its paces but initial impressions are positive. Lightweight and easy to move about. Metal auger appears aggressive enough to handle most types of snow. The two speeds appear to be well chosen and the machine itself seems to have enough power to handle most type of snow. The panoramic headlights are extremely bright and illuminate a wide area. Of course not having to deal with gas, oil, spark plugs, and carburetors are all huge advantages. Aside from the fact of virtually snow-free winter here so far, the only minor complaint I have involves the scraper bar. It tends to catch easily on slightly uneven hard surfaces. Maybe future iterations may utilize a pivoting scraper bar. All-in-all I am impressed with the design and features of the Toro Flex-Force 60v snow thrower. And when a good snowfall arrives, hope to update and give a review about its performance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Product-Well Built Easy set up right out of box, used it twice on some light snow here in Chicago area. I was impressed at the end of driveway as it cleared about 2 inches of heavy wet snow with ease, gobbled up the wet slushy snow and never clogged up. Very satisfied and snow blower is very quiet.

I just received my Toro 21" e21, I charged the battery to 4 bars, but at this time we don't have any snow on the ground, should I take the battery out of the charger and unplug the charger until I need it, or can I leave it in for an extended period?

    Asked by: Mikey
We would recommend removing it from the charger if it is completely charged. Thank you.

is this self propelled like my older model?

    Asked by: rich 21
No, it is not self-propelled. The Power Clear e21 60v cordless snow blower is a push snow blower similar to other battery snow blowers on the market. However the metal drift cutter-like features on the outside edge of the housing do assist you through tough, deep snow. The Power Edge™ auger technology assists in pulling all that heavy wet snow to the middle and out the chute in one swift motion, requiring less push force and increasing your efficiency.

I recently purchased the Toro Cordless Snowblower Model 39901. 1) During regular snow season use, at what point should the battery pack be returned to the charger? 2) Should each snow removal session begin with the battery reading 4 green leds?

    Asked by: SteveF32
You can return the battery back to the charger after every use, or after the battery has depleted far enough to where you need to recharge for the next job. It is not required that the battery be at full charge to start clearing snow.

This is best used on asphalt and concrete. How about interlock stone? Is it safe to use on stone? Thanks.

    Asked by: Annie57
This machine is best used on a smooth flat surface since the scrapper comes in direct contact with the ground to pick up the snow leaving you with a clear driveway. Thank you.

Will the snowblower work on the slush and ice at the base of the driveway?

    Asked by: LLLLL
Yes, this snow blower will handle the end of driveway snow pile that is left by the plow, be that heavy, wet or icy snow. With Toro’s patent-pending all steel Power Edge™ auger, it allows the machine to efficiently pull the snow into the middle and out the chute in a tight plum throwing it up to 40’. Additionally, the drift cutter like sides on the snow blower housing reduce the push force required to slice through tough snow. Thank you.
