Lightweight, good size and circulates air well. I situate one in front of an outside window and it helps pull the cool air from outside and circulate it around. Would buy again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heatwave Summer It's a hot summer this year. About 30 C in my apartment. I have two of these in my office, one on each side blowing towards my desk. A little noisy if on high, but medium speed is tolerable. This moves a lot of air! In fact the clothes in the closet even sway a bit. I highly recommend these. I wouldn't wall mount them though, even though it says you can... I say this because the stand is just plastic that's a bit flexible... I wouldn't trust it on a wall. Other than that, it's great! Can tilt it up or down, or even on the floor blowing straight up at the ceiling. They are very lightweight, and with handles in the back. It is very easy to take them from room to room.

You can hear the motor roaring so loud that the dogs across the street will be howling at night wondering what the heck all the ruckus is. Indeed...this fan is only good for someone that is looking to block out external noise. Have a noisy street outdoors, younger siblings running around, etc.. & looking to block out noise so you can sleep? Then this is the fan for you. I'm somebody that requires loud fans to sleep due to having sensitive hearing to stuff falling from neighbors, dogs barking outside...etc.. however the Toshiba fan is something from another dimension truly one of a kind. I've owned many loud fans over the years, some better than others. But the Toshiba takes the cake, it's loud, not very efficient for cooling & sometimes I feel like I'm about to take off in a jet. Are you looking to have dreams about being the next ace pilot in Top Gun? Do you not want to hear your TV or people around you while this fan is turned on? Then this is the fan for you!

This fan on low, is so loud I can't hear my TV.. turn it to 3, and it's ridiculously loud, and doesn't have the blowing power you'd expect from something that's sounds like a airplane propeller.

And for the low price you get a fan that is light and works. It is louder than our current fans which all cost more than twice as much. I run them on the second setting so they are quieter and they still move the air well.

At the lowest setting, the "air circulator" is louder than throwing a rock into a blender. On full blast, you're at Falcon 9 levels. Not sure who this product is suitable for. The plastic frame is too fragile to be used outdoors or on a construction site. Too loud to be used in a home indoors. Not recommended.

Would someone please tell me how to take the grille off of this particular model in order to clean the fan blades? Toshiba number on the box is for warranty of other products they sell, not fans. They couldn't find the model number in their computer.
