SW2014#01 The TOTO Washlet A100 Elongated Bidet Toilet Seat delivers ecology-minded luxury in a streamlined design. The Washlet A100 is fully automated, featuring a soft rear spray, rear cleanse, and front cleanse with the option of an oscillating stream. The controls are located on a convenient arm control panel. The wand is self-cleaning, automatically cleaning itself before and after every use. The Washlet features a heated SoftClose® seat with three temperature settings. The temperature and pressure of the water are adjustable with three temperature settings and five pressure settings. Cleansing with soothing warm water is more comfortable than traditional toilet paper that can sometimes be rough. Using a Washlet reduces the amount of toilet paper needed. Not only are you saving the trees that make toilet paper, you're also saving the water used during manufacture. One roll of toilet paper requires four gallons of water to make!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My WC does not have a round bowl, my bowl... My WC does not have a round bowl, my bowl is slightly extended at the front.. The product is OK for my WC, however one inch of ceramic rim of the WC is visible. I will move the bidet mounting screws about 0.5 inches back to compensate. There will still be the front of the WC rim showing. Not great, but we can live with it. The function is great, we love it!

It depends on the installation since the control is on an arm on the right side of the seat. This might not allow proper placement of the grab bar.

Hello Ed, At this time the control panel can not be moved and is only available in a right-hand version. You can take a look at the C200 model for a remote control. I hope this is helpful and thank you for choosing TOTO!

How can I get replacement parts? The plumbers removed the Toto seat and when it was replaced, a small white connector between the water hose and the Toto unit was lost. I want to replace it so that the unit will work again. How and where can I get this part.

Depends on if you have energy saver mode on. I don’t notice any delay for warm water except first thing in the morning. Seat doesn’t have a dryer - so I use a towel or small amount of TP to dry quickly.
