Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very Difficult to Install - Do not recommend This flooring was very difficult to install. The ends would not lock together without a lot of adjusting and readjusting and some boards wouldn't lock at all. Even once I got the hang of it the boards remained very difficult to place and lock. I was really careful and took my time but it took me several hours to do a 200 square foot room. The floor looks really good and I am happy with the result, however I am not confident that it will last given other reviews and how difficult it was to install. I would not recommend this product. For me it was not worth the extra time and energy. If I had it to do over I would spend more for a different locking system.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage!!! I bought enough to do most of my home. I checked reviews first and it looked good. It is total garbage! I have 2700$ worth of flooring that DOES NOT go together. I'm not a moron, I have installed flooring before and this is the absolute worst flooring I have ever attempted to install. The ends dont lock together because the lock is faulty. It doesn't go into the groove but it does bend and break. I cant get through to anyone at the flooring company. I also can't get through to anyone on the home depot website. I am beyond frustrated with this product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Takes skill and patience For the price this floor is great. The installation is a bit of a learning curve and takes skill and patience. You’ll want to work with the “big tongue” towards yourself. Lock in the end T&G by lifting and wiggling upward (lift a couple inches) while also apply pressure with your fingers to lock in the joint. Next lightly tap long joint together to get it close (universal tapping block and estwing double ended hammer a must) then you lift up an inch or two on an angle and tap together to close the joint. This is all light tapping and precision, patient work. You will break a few end joints along the way but you can save them for starters. It takes a while to get the hang of it but once you do it goes pretty smooth.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage Flooring 4 months in and all the traffic an 80 year old 90 lb covid shut in could put to the flooring and it's coming apart. The locking tabs on the end are tenting in high traffic areas. The job was perfect on completion and subfloor level. All the tabs appeared to lock. I suspect poor thermal expansion properties as she doesn't like air conditioning. Waste of time and energy. I strongly do not recommend this flooring.

There are some areas where the top meets another where there is a groove you can see from pressure but I think that was our fault. Overall a really great product for the price. We got it on sale for 1.95 sq ft

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage Product! Don't Buy. I bought 18 bungles of them for my 3 bedrooms, it turn out to be a horrible experience installing this product. The Tung and Grove part of this vinyl planks are very fragile, they break up after the installation. My entire project turned into complete mess, I lost my money on these vinyl tiles and accessories. I have filed a warranty claim; however, I haven't heard from them. I will not recommend this product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks nice but hard to use,install We purchased this on sale,for our bathroom.We really like the look of it,and seemed like an easy floor to lay...it was time consuming ,broke easily and ended up taking 5 hours to install in our bathroom.The pieces don't click together easily and pieces break off.That is the big complaint.It looks nice when down and feels nice underfoot.

We have this flooring in our new build, about 2400 sq ft. The edge is lifting along one run of the flooring. In the floor above, same thing happening. I suspect the house is settling, more so than a problem with the product. Any suggestions on fixes?

I don’t think you’re the only one. We’ve had problems with this floor too. Our house is older, mid 50’s, so this is a Reno job vs a new build like yours. We haven’t come up with any ways to fix it, the quality of this floor isn’t fantastic overall. We’ve put it in a bedroom, kitchen, porch and pantry (apart from the bedroom, all high traffic areas) and it doesn’t seem to be holding up very well. It’s wearing and discoloring after a year. It’s disheartening to do a renovation and immediately have to plan to replace the floor you just replaced…but you live and learn, I suppose. We’ve had many pieces crack and corners lift as well. Only suggestion is to replace the bad pieces (which requires A LOT of ripping up if you’re doing it right.) I wish I could be more help! But just wanted to reassure you you’re not the only one..
