Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Flooring, Easy to Work With Love this flooring. It was very easy to work with. I have never laid flooring before and I'm not very handy but this product was easy to use, just measure and cut with a knife. I used it in a condo. I ripped out the carpet and laid this vinyl flooring right on the concrete. It is flexible and has a thin soft padding on the underside, so it hides any imperfections in the concrete. I even used it to cover tiles in the kitchen and it worked beautifully. I will use this product again in another property I have. And it has a 25 year warranty from Home Depot. Love it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super Easy To Install For DIYers If you have an uneven floor this is the product for you! Very forgiving and flexible. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because some seams lifted a bit (which was easily fixed with a little crazy glue). As long as your sub-floor is very clean you will have no problems with installation. Super easy to install. There are a few tips and tricks to help you get it just right so be sure to watch a few YouTube videos before you start. Great product, would definitely use it again. I used it over a concrete slab which was very uneven and could be why a few seams lifted.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful flooring Beautiful floor. I had this flooring installed in my basement, so far I'm really happy with it. It looks gorgeous and really updated my rooms. I put it in the family room and laundry room. My handyman said it was really easy to install and they finished in half the time they expected. He liked it so much he's installed it in his own house and a few other clients as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use and looks great! I'll give the negative first. As others have said there is the possibility that the product will be chipped on the ends before it reaches you. So far, we've had 1 out of 4 boxes chipped. We haven't opened the other 8 boxes yet. Fortunately, the manner of chipping hasn't affected the usability of the flooring as when we put it down the chips sealed up seamlessly. The flooring looks great and is exactly what we were hoping for. Installation has been very easy. We found that when cutting the flooring it was best to score the top so the floor pattern doesn't tear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable enough for 2 100lbs dogs Very durable, we have 2 100lbs dogs and they cannot hurt it. It cleans up very easy. The installation was slower going than click flooring but my hubs and I got the whole kitchen done in a day and we love it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for my basement. Really pretty stuff. MUST use an underpad. A thin, cheap one will work. Feels nice under the feet. Easy to install, stagger your ends! Impossible to pull apart after stuck so lay it right the first time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Product shrinks and shows gaps I bought this product for our cabin in Northern Alberta and it was easy to install and looks great, has held up to wear and tear but as winter rolls around and temps drop the joints and seems have opened up. Floor was installed and everything was tight but now looks terrible, interior temps are kept at 13C. Product would be great in California but not Canada

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Decent product for some applications Edges are extremely delicate and susceptible to damage. Tricky to keep a tight flush edge along the length when installing. I would not use this product again for a front entrance flooring. It is not durable enough to withstand the boot traffic and all the sand and debris that comes off of shoes that gets tracked in from the outside that takes a toll on the top surface.

Is this flooring compatible with Radiant heated flooring.

Asked by: Joe C
Im not a flooring specialist, but this flooring is held together with adhesive and I wouldn't recommend it. The heat may reduce the efficacy of the adhesive.

It states that should be installed indoors in temperature controlled area. So what happens if installed in RV that is not heated during the winter?. Do the planks become unstuck? Thanks for any info.

Asked by: Vman1949
We used this in our cottage which was left unheated for most of the winter. In the spring it showed signs of shrinkage at some seams, but never came apart. Most of these gaps went away with natural expansion during the warmer weather. The few that didn't were easily filled with grey caulk which allowed for future movement. For the cost it was a good product to use. I would certainly use it in a RV where you will see less movement than in our cottage floor which was quite large. Remember the smaller the area the less you will have shifting. Our mistake was to cover too large an area without a separation between sections or rooms. This will work fine in your RV. It looks good too.

Does this stretch or require spacing for expansion? Are you sure it can't go directly over an ugly red laminate floor?

Asked by: elaine morrison
No on the stretch and expansion. If the laminate is relatively flat, it should go over it fine. It's about 3mm thick, so make sure you're okay for clearances

If installing in basement can it be installed directly on concrete or do you require a subfloor or DMX plastics airflow product underneath

Asked by: Nickname
As long as the concrete floor is fairly flat and smooth there should be no problem putting it directly on the concrete floor. If the concrete is rough and uneven then then you will need a subfloor.

Could this be installed over laminate, vinyl or ceramic flooring? Thanks

Asked by: geri
Thanks for your question. This product can be installed over non-cushion backed, fully adhered sheet vinyl, fully adhered vinyl tiles, and ceramic tile (if the grout lines are over 1/8", they must be filled) but not over laminate.

You can, just make sure to glue it down as well as the peal and stick and get a matching metal or rubber stair nosing
