The product features an AC3 melamine wear layer impregnated with Aluminum Oxide for added durability. This product offers a triple warranty against fading, staining, and wear. For installation below grade, over crawl spaces or on concrete, a moisture/vapour barrier is required. This may be provided as a feature of the underlayment or, in the case of an underlayment without moisture/vapour barrier, a 6-mil poly moisture/vapour barrier must be installed and sealed before the underlayment. Pleaser always refer to the installation instructions specific to your product.
