Can you use standard pegboard hooks on this?

Separately, but get the set that's 1/4 inch you get less pieces in the set but they fit better.

Is it a heavy duty pegboard? I wonder how much one hole can hold up? e.g. one hole for 5lbs Will it hold up like smaller bike and paddleboard? They would weigh as much as 20lb, 40lb each.

Dont think they can hold up to 20to40lbs, they are made for hanging tools, not heavy stuff.
