Rated 5 out of 5 by from Snow Blower I would highly recommend this snow blower. We live in a city with a lot of snow. The manual shovelling was taking a toll on our bodies, especially when the snow plow would come and we’d have to shovel the icey, thick, and dense brim it creates. We originally bought a cheaper gas snow blower but ended up returning it and upgrading for this one. The benefits of this snow blower are the steel augers (they cut through anything), the power, the price, and it’s ease of use. I can’t think of any reason why someone in the market for a snow blower shouldn’t buy this one. Would highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Troy Built snowblower The snowblower was an excellent choice. Does the job. We use it for our large deck and driveway and walkway. Self propelled it moves forward on its own you just guide it. I would recommend this definitley.

Does this model also have a backup pull start in case electric start fails for some reason? Do any of them have that feature? Also does it come with a cover included?

What material are the shutes on this model made of? I’ve heard both hard plastic and others say resin. Is metal better ?
