Rated 4 out of 5 by from Radiant Floor heating We just put this in our kitchen with our renovation. We decided to install ourselves instead of having the contractor do it. It was a piece of cake! Just remember in Ontario you need an electrical permit and inspection before you cover the wires. But very easy to install as a homeowner!!

What is the correct spacing for above grade level concrete installation and is insulation required?

    Asked by: Anonymous
Hello, In fact the spacing depends on the actual floor covering you will be installing on top of the system. You can find the detailed information by following the link below: http://www.truecomfortsystems.com/en/choosing-your-system (question no.4) Concerning the insulation of your slab, it is suggested to do so if you are covering a small portion of your slab with our systems. By exemple, in a small bathroom, it would be a very good idea to install an insulation membrane to create a heat barrier and obtain the best results possible. Thank you!
