The only frustrating thing to comment on is the finish used on the wood surrounding the glass. Paint does not adhere to it well despite the prep or type of paint used. Besides that they look and function great.

My opening is only 80". Will this door fit? Is it possible to shave a bit off the bottom?

Dear customer, you will need at least 80.5 inches, as 80 inches will most likely be too tight.

What is the measurement of the side trim of each panel? Or what is the width of the glass itself of the 24 3/16 panel? Am ordering a stick on mural to go with it and need glass dimensions. Thank you.

Dear Customer, the glass in these doors are typically 3mm thick. The side trims are normally around 5 inches, however any customizations done to the product has to be done at your own risk as customizations will void warranty.

You could but I would not suggest it. The doors are a PVC wrapped MDF and it would cause peeling of the PVC.
