This is a Truth Hardware low-profile casement window sash lock that offers a low profile design. It only requires a 5/8 in. stop thickness, and comes in a white painted diecast zinc construction. The mounting holes are 2 in. on center. When the lever is turned, the locking cam engages the keeper, drawing the window tightly closed against the weather stripping making it a tighter and better seal.
