does it have a bvearing inside? im using this to make a go kart.

Yes, there is a bearing inside of this wheel which may be removed along with the axle if not required. Please note, these tires are "Not for Highway" use and the maximum speed recommendation is 20KM/H. The wheels are not designed for use other than with a wheelbarrow.
