Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed by the quality and design I bought both this and the foaming soap dispenser. This stopped working after only a week. After troubleshooting, I realized the battery compartment has been soaked in soapy water and the metals had been eroded. The material felt like cheap plastic so there must be a gap somewhere and the water slowly leaked. The design also didn't make sense to me -- the battery in this sits at the bottom whereas the foaming dispenser's battery sits at the top. For a gadget that contains water and is placed close to the sink it doesn't seem like a good design decision.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Otto 2.0 Umbra does it AGAIN with redesigning a product due to its popularity and without a doubt a must have product. The caddy is great because it provides a 2-1 solution keeping you organized without compromising cleanliness due to its removable caddy holder. I was drawn to the removable caddy feature because it allows you to be able to clean it as needed. All of the original Otto soap pump features included plus built it storage, this really just elevated my countertop!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Design and Overall Features I was pleasantly surprised when I unpackaged my Otto Auto Dispenser. First, the the design is very sleek and modern. It takes only four AAA batteries and holds a generous amount of soap. The contactless dispensing feature is my favorite especially for the use of it in the kitchen, especially when handling food minimizing cross contamination. The caddy contains the soap dispenser and spare room for additional cleaning accessories such as pot brushes or sponges. My brush tucks nicely into the caddy and fits into the decor nicely!

The soap dispenser gives you the perfect amount of soap, I also love that you don't have to touch anything, great for those of us who are germaphobes, especially during the pandemic. ;) The caddy gives you just enough room to keep many different items. I love that I can keep my skin product in there and off the countertop. I would love one of these for my kitchen to keep my scrub brush in that holder! So many options!! I will definitely be purchasing more!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for kids! The Otto came packaged extremely well, nice and sturdy and safe in the box. My 10 year old and I unpackaged it, put in the batteries and loaded the soap in. The opening for the soap isn’t super tiny either, so no funnel needed! He was very excited to use the automatic feature and thought it was ‘cool’ to have our own automatic soap dispenser. We had no trouble turning it on and it was ready to use right away. My 10 yo was the first to try it, but my other 3 children and husband all had to give it a try too! The feature I love about it is the measured amount of soap it dispenses. I’m forever telling my kids they only need one pump of soap, but they always get more. With this, I conserve my soap and they think it’s fun to use! We have our dispenser next to our matte black kitchen sink faucet and it fits in perfectly.

This solves the problem. I love that I’m not touching the dispenser when I have messy! The sleek design looks great in my kitchen and bathroom. I love the tray for a little sponge as well. Keeps the clutter off the counter.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from it is not gray, it is more golden(ish) It requires a screwdriver to install the batteries, it is made of plastic (no stainless steel as I thought. I should have read better) and very disappointed of the color which is not gray but more gold so it doesn't fit exactly all my appliances and decor as I was expecting.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Needs Improvement I purchased 3 of these in the fall of 2020. All 3 have the same problem: battery needs replacing often even with the low use one. No matter what soap I use the dispenser gets clogged by the little bit of soap that is left behind each time it dispenses.
