Rated 1 out of 5 by from CHEAP QUALITY - NON FUNCTIONAL Do they even test these products or just design them on computer screens? The distance from the roll holder to the overhanging ledge is very short and only small rolls or rolls have used fit. This is a major flaw. Secondly, the entire unit is flimsy and falls off the wall unless suctioned to clean new ceramic and even then it is flimsy. Third, the paper slide off the the open end when the roll is very small. It's like they are paying 17 year old kids to design this garbage.

I wan't able to stick to any surface in my bathroom, the instroctions say it has to be maintain every month which makes it inpracricle for me. The quality has to be improved.

I wish it would stick properly to more different kinds of surfaces. It’s a good idea and I like the little try on top.

Hello Nasa, thank you for your question. Gel-Lock should only be mounted to smooth, non-textured surfaces such as tile or glass. It is not intended for textured surfaces and will not work if installed over grout lines, small gaps or other textured, uneven or inconsistent surfaces. Sincerely, Umbra
