Rated 2 out of 5 by from Function follows form Looks cute but not a great range. Oven always goes out on first lighting. On the second and so forth attempts oven won’t light quickky. House smells of gas until oven finally stays lit. Flame adjustment for main cooktop burner is so poor that we generally use a secondary burner. Do not recommend. It’s only 18 months old and we’re shopping for a replacement. ‘Nuf said

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So close to excellent! To bring attention: My review... So close to excellent! To bring attention: My review is more about some caveats: electric ignition requires careful placement of the disks; I miss a timer on the stove (my problem, not its); don’t forget to turn off convection switch; wonder at importance of that feature for me....

We were pleasantly surprised that this stove not only looks retro, but it is built old-school too - high quality construction that should last many years. We have a Thermador gas range in our main home and this one's performance is superior.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good quality build I can easily work with. Oven temp... Good quality build I can easily work with. Oven temp seems 30 -40 degrees lower than dial says. Burner control others have complained has inadequate simmer is a result of misleading graphics on the face. Turning the dial slowly toward off gives simmer.

Our Unique 24" Gas Range has a 120V plug-in requirement. The electricity is used to spark the gas in the oven and on the cooktop, as well as for the oven light and convection fan.

When using the oven, does the confection fan have to run if the power is plugged in or is there a switch to select it off. We’re on batteries, so I want to use as little power as possible. Also, is there an on/off switch for the oven light?

Asked by: bert
Both the fan and light have separate switches, perfect for off grid!

Hi..I am interested in the propane stove for our yacht(which already has hookups). Will this work or is there a big difference with a marine stove?

Lot of missing info. Is it propane, natural gas, or both? Assuming it requires electricity for the start and convection fan... is it a standard 110V plugin or oven-style 220V plug? Is the drawer on the bottom an actual storage drawer, or the broiler?

Asked by: Kurt
Our Unique Classic Retro Range comes standard for use with natural gas, both does have the orifices to have it converted by a licensed gas tech/plumber to propane. Yes, your assumption is correct, it is a standard 110V plug-in as the electricity is only required for the Convection Fan, Oven Light, and the ignition system. The drawer is a storage drawer for pots and pans, the broiler is located in the oven.
