It's adorable and works amazingly. If you're used to having an old conventional oven, brace yourself. Things cook a LOT faster in this so keep an eye on it until you get used to it. The stovetop is heavy duty. The front right burner is a double burner and boils water within minutes. Then has two medium burners on the left side and a small burner on the back right. It is smaller than most normal ovens. But can still fit most cookie sheets and could definitely fit a turkey for Thanksgiving if you move the top rack. I have not tried the broiler drawer yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally an affordable vintage model! Purchased 3 months ago & have not a single regret. Summer mint color is perfectly authentic, price is best in the marketplace by A LOT. The drawer interior gets very hot. Pans in drawer will be hot, use a mitt! One or 2 times we thought oven was off so I suggest you check for blue flames. (I wish it made a ticking noise so we knew it was still on.) Love the black top and level grates which provides a stable base & even heat for a 20" cast iron grill/griddle by Lodge.

Does it come with a propane converson kit ? If not can it be converted?

Yes, our Classic Retro 24" Gas Range is designed as a Natural Gas Range and comes standard with natural gas. However, it can be converted to propane, but should only be done by a licensed plumber or gas tech.

When using the oven, does the confection fan have to run if the power is plugged in or is there a switch to select it off. We’re on batteries, so I want to use as little power as possible. Also, is there an on/off switch for the oven light?

Lot of missing info. Is it propane, natural gas, or both? Assuming it requires electricity for the start and convection fan... is it a standard 110V plugin or oven-style 220V plug? Is the drawer on the bottom an actual storage drawer, or the broiler?

Hi! This is gas range-- I had to install a conversion kit (provided) to run it on propane (there's no natural gas in my city, for the most part). It's plugged into a standard 110 outlet. Do know that it is SMALL. I gave away most of my cookie sheets and my roaster because this isn't a standard-sizrd oven. No temperature gauge, no clock, timer, or additional plug-ins. But if you're good with the above, this is an awesome appliance, and looks groovy too.

I have the 24? Classic Unique gas stove and have noticed thick black soot coating the entire inside of the oven, including racks and window and at opening of vent whenever I use the oven. Very concerning. Can you tell me how to fix this? Thx, Lisa

This was not an issue for my stove, however my oven will not regulate temperature or shut off. I have to turn the gas off and power to the stove. Need to have this issue fixed.
