Purchased this fridge mainly cause it was one of the v few (in its price range) that fit the narrow dimensions of my bachelor apt. It's aesthetic quality is not a that of a 5K refrigerator - but this isn't what I paid for it..so am quite happy all in all. V quiet appliance. Works great too! note: the freezer does NOT have auto-defrost: a minor sacrifice, as this contributes to its great ratings in energy efficiency..(the owners manual suggests a defrost only twice per year)..(a v simple process too!).

The red is such a beautiful colour and immediately draws everyone's eyes. We have received so many compliments and comments from friends and family. The wine rack is a great add and the fridge is extremely quiet. Extremely happy with this purchase. Well worth the money!

I like the color because though it is blue, it is kind of neutral. I have not had to auto defrost it yet so maybe I should update it when I do. The only concerns is that there are droplets on the interior back wall of the refrigerator. When I contacted the company, they told me this was normal and that it would never be dry. I have never seen anything like that before but I also have never had this type of a refrigerator.

Is this Retro 21.6-inch 9 cu. ft refrigerator frost-free?

No, and frankly it's a disaster. For the better part of two years we've had alternating frosting/ ice build-up, then pooling water, from the back of the fridge, and heavy ice build-up of the freezing plate at the top of the freezer section.

I'm comparing it to the powder blue in your 7 cu. ft. fridge. Either that or it's almost a light periwinkle color. Can you clarify if the powder blue for the 9 cu ft. is the same as the 7 cu. ft and the picture is off in the description please.
