Called manufacturer no help and completely rude, called Home Depot head office got back to us asap but now say manufacturer is going to deal with it and if not they will go from there so we will see…

How many inches from floor to center of the exhaust pipe? I have an old stove it is 17 inches from floor to the center of the exhaust pipe and would not have to change pipes.
