Although it honestly felt great when I tested it having the water around my shoulders and neck a lot of water splashes out of the tub. The only way to remedy it is to not turn the jets on until you are in position, and then turn them off before you move. Even then, a considerable amount of water ends up outside of the tub. Tubs of this size need to have the jets lower so when your body moves in and out of the water and the level changes dramatically, it doesn't splash outside the tub. And while it does feel great around the shoulders, the jets are too high to get your mid or lower back and the mess isn't worth it. Also, the manufacturer wants the warranty application filed within 10 days of receipt, and the tub has to be installed by a licensed plumber or there is no warranty. When I reminded customer service that this tub was free stranding and that how I plugged in the pump or installed the drain shouldn't impact the tub structure or pump they still would not warranty it. My calls to the manufacturer were difficult. Hour times were typically 1/2 - 1hour. I emailed two technicians videos of the problem and was promised a call back that never happened. Another customer service rep told me they really didn't have enough time with their workload to research issues and call customers back. This tub went back to Home Depot! Home Depot should really consider dropping this vendor!

Are the Jets designed to automatically drain when the tub is drained? Some models now have raised hoses between the Jets forcing the Jets to drain.

Are there products that are safe to use in this tub that will make bubbles? For example, low foam spa bubbles. I don't want to damage to pump or have a big bubbly mess.
