The No Leak SkylightTM features 3 layers of water protection! The three layers include a Deck Seal (1) that is pre-attached on all deck mounted skylights. It provides a seal between the frame and roof deck for leak-proof installation. The second layer of protection is provided from the Roofing Underlayment (2) which acts as secondary water protection against the harshest weather conditions. The third and final layer is the Step Flashing (3) which allows for easy installation and provides primary water protection. Proven to be the best on the market.
