Which 6 foot posts do I use to mount this panel on the edge of my deck? The deck top is made of 2" x 6". The space I will fill is just over 6 feet wide so this is the perfect panel but ..........

This vinyl fence panel is made to be used with a 5 in. x 5 in. x 8 ft. blank vinyl fence post (model# 195164) and brackets (model# 116058).

Can the Veranda Lewiston 6 ft. H x 6 ft. fence panel be cut to a width of approximatly 5 ft.?

Pierre, According to the Installation Instructions (found under the Info & Guides section of the product page), you can do this: " Adjust layout to accommodate as many full panels as possible. If you must use a partial panel, place it in the farthest rear corner of the property."
