I Pros: - Installation was relatively easy, suitable for a home owner to install themselves (like me!). Took approx. 30 minutes. - Water pressure is better than our previous tap, toggle between open flow and the sprayer is seamless, sprayer seems to hold in the bracket without much fuss. - Will show water spots, like a chrome fixture. Cleans easily though. Cons: - it wasn't a concern for us, but if you're expecting a plate to cover two additional holes on the counter/sink, its not supplied. Overall: - Its a solid piece of hardware (approx. 10 lbs, solid brass), stylish, and easy to use. Very satisfied with our purchase.

Next the connection of the hose to the spray head started leaking when the head was switched to spray. I contacted customer service hoping to get a replacement only to be sent a replacement head and hose. So now it's up to me to take this brand new faucet appart and put back together. Save yourself the aggravation and buy another model.
