We over seeded with top dressing and this grass seed. It is important to pick a cool week to do it with some light rain if possible. We really nursed it for the first 10 days or so lightly watering up to 6 or 7 times a day when it was drying out. The result is really good. Neighbours are all asking how we did it. We have used it before and love that it is 99% weed free.

Used a spreader to put it down on soil that had been degraded and compacted somewhat, gently raked it in a bit. It worked well.
