I had this installed about 2 years ago. Recently the faucet started leaking, so I contacted Virtu about how I could get a replacement faucet cartridge, either for purchase or under warranty. I tried submitting a form on their website, and when that didn't work, emailing multiple times. Other than an automated response saying they would get back to me in 48 hours, they never replied to any of my messages. Looks like I'll need to buy a new faucet since I can't get a $5 part for this one. Do not buy Virtu products!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good quality Vanity This is very good value for the price. The vanity feels sturdy and is stylish, the grey color is a warmer grey than I had concluded from the photo. The doors and drawers open and close smoothly. The door hardware is substantial. The Sink (included) and mirror complement the piece nicely. My only hesitation is the faucet, it dribbles and squirts water sideways, and sometimes soaks me when I turn it on too far. The Vanity is in our guest bath or this would be changed already. Overall a good purchase.

I rarely leave reviews on anything but I like this product so much I gotta. The craftsmanship on the cabinet, sink and mirror are top notch. Installation was a breeze and it was my first time installing a vanity. I'm happy with how it ended up looking and the price I got it for was great. I've had it for 2 months now so it's all new stuff. The doors and drawers fit perfect and look real nice. The sink is my favorite part which is why I purchased this piece plus I wanted a real wood vanity. There's not one ting I don't like about it and all the items that came with this vanity exceeded my expectations.

Love the zebra gray color! Perfect for my small guest bathroom. The installation went smoothly. The only problem was my contractor had to saw a small portion of the top drawer so the plumbing would fit. Did not impact storage space at all and not noticeable at all. Last year I bought the same vanity in Espresso. So it must be pretty nice if I bought 2!! I bought both as a set with vanity, vanity top, faucet and mirror.

The top and basin was missing from the order and I am still waiting for that order to be delivered to my store. I like the product, I would just like to have it all and all in 100% good shape.

I am so disappointed and I have tried to get in touch with the company with no avail. I would improve my rating if I could get ahold of someone to remedy this and get a replacement faucet

Does the mirror open and have storage?

No, it's just a flat mirror with side frames. The vanity is excellent quality and has more storage space than any that size. The top sink is real cast iron with enamel too, not the cheap plastic kind. Even the hardware and fixtures are excellent quality. Super good value. I'm adding a separate wall storage cabinet with shelves beside it, or since the vanity alone is such a bargain, you could just use a different med cabinet.

The vanity does comes with a single hole faucet fixture which I didn't know was included. I had already purchased a different faucet before the vanity arrived so I ended up just using this one instead of the one that came with the vanity, it worked out just fine. The hole in the sink is a standard size hole.

Home Depot sells it as a package, which is by far the best deal, especially if you get a sale and use their card. Virtue USA sells all sorts of vanities and configurations of them, try their website. Their prices are much higher though, you're better off getting the package from HD and not using whatever you don't want. Virtue is fairly expensive since it's actually a quality item, not the usual HD stuff. All the items in the set are top notch, I loved the handles and faucet.

What is the height of the top shelf from the bottom? Is the back cut? B/c of where my plumbing is, need both back and side access so am needing measurements. What are the measurements on the handles? Also does anyone have pics of this?

The height from the lowest point of the cabinet to the top of the edge of the sink is 33.5"inches. The back is of the cabinet has a thin piece of door skin and it's closed. I had to cut a big hole in mine to have access to the plumbing pipes. The bottom drawer handles are 6 inches long, the top door handles are 4.5"inches long
