I hope I can always buy Waterpik shower heads. I mentioned back then that the knob to change water flow wasn't easy to turn with wet or arthritic fingers. Does Waterpik have quality meetings because I can't believe this is an issue. This is why the rating is low. I see some people don't realize the small blue water restriction can be easily removed. Here's the water valve I bought separately to make this fine product right...

Diverter knob difficult to turn when it gets wet, should have grooves to allow easy turning. Different spray patterns do not demonstrate stronger pressure as they should.

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from The only thing I don't like about it is the hose. It's super stiff, not long enough and has a min... The only thing I don't like about it is the hose. It's super stiff, not long enough and has a mind of its own. When it's on the bracket to hold it in place with the water turned on it twists and turns and falls off. You have to really make sure it's clipped down tight or it will fall off.

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from TRS-523-553 I bought this a few weeks ago. The water output is wonderful, but nearly impossible to swich from hand held to fixed shower head, from fixed to hand held. It take two hands to do so. So the dual is quite useless.
