Rated 4 out of 5 by from Loyal to Weber My first Weber bought in 2004 finally succumbed to rust, after 14 years of reliable barbequing. Therefore my focus was on another Weber. I selected the S-310 not only for the esthetics but for the stainless steel grates, which are one of the few parts thqt will not rust over time, and are lower maintenance versus the cast iron grates. I give it four stars because Weber doesn't use the same quality of metal as before. The frame of the cart are thinner gauge formed sheet metal connected with machine screw/plastic washers with a few parts using plastic grommets to secure to frame. Nevertheless, this didn't discourage me from another Weber, as it has a 10 year warranty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible barbeque for cold climates, a fire hazard I bought this barbeque thinking it was a good brand. We tend to use are barbeque year round but this barbeque is not good for our Maritime climate. The drip tray is exposed as there is no back on the unit and is subject to filling up with water if the barbeque is not covered. There is only three burners which is inadequate for cold and windy days. The tapered collector for fat and drippings acts as a collector in cold weather building up a layer of fat and then it is possible for this to ignite and cause a fire hazard. Mine caught fire and was dripping burning fat out the bottom almost filling the drip tray and melting the retainer for the drip tray and also distorting the fire box. Very unsafe and you need to pay attention to the buildup below the lower grids.

Instead of returning it, we posted on Weber's support page... no answer. We called 2 times and left messages... no answer. We emailed... no answer. If they dont respond within the return period, whats the chance they response during the 10 year warranty. Going to return this grill :(

I had it for a little more than a month now and try to find any reason to use it. From Steak to ribs to pizza or to good old hamburgers, I love this bbq! I wanted stainless steel, because of longevity. The quality is amazing and looks and feels very well built. I highly recommend

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Excellent grill, terrible grease pan Grill is beautiful and works like a champ!! WEBER WHY NO DOORS!!!! Enjoyed great meals all weekend but didn't enjoy the aftermath of my dog licking the entire drip pan clean (because it's right there at head level)!!!! He's fine now so no worries but your design team needs to shake there heads on this one. I don't know of anyone who has such a stunning back drop behind the BBQ that they need to see through it. I will have to either remove the drip pan immediately after cooking every time or have some "nice looking" panels made up that I can screw to the front and sides of the lower part. Even just for general storage a cabinet would be nice (tools, brush, spray bottle, etc..). So like I said AMAZING grill and I will not be returning it or anything but give some thought to this design disaster.

Only thing im finding a lil off, is the grill rust easy somehow. I could be doing something wrong idk but im oiling it with canola oil and then find traces of rust when scraping the grill clean. can I connect to the propane hose coming from my house?

Hello, thank you for your interest in our Genesis II E-310. Liquid propane models can only be connected to a bulk liquid propane tank using a Weber Bulk LP Installation Kit. The kits range in price from $46 to $77, depending on the grill model. The installation must be done by a licensed installer, plumber or authorized gas dealer. To purchase a kit, the serial number of the grill is required, and the kit can only be ordered through our call center at 1-800-446-1071. Failure to use a Weber Bulk LP Installation Kit will void the warranty on the grill, and could result in unforeseen performance and safety issues.
