No use of coatings means you can use metal tools to flip, press, and scrape without worry. It reaches over 500F and heats evenly for consistently cooked food across the cooktop. Plus, adjustable feet let you level the griddle on uneven surfaces, and an expandable stand (sold separately) makes the Slate Tabletop Griddle perfect for using at home, camping, tailgating, and more.
