Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Rack Design! Great For Prime Rib! I've cooked 2 Prime Rib Roasts with this rack about 3 weeks apart and the rack worked out wonderfully. Very easy clean up with a low profile disposable drip pan. The roasts were bone-in and both about 7 pounds each.
