Called customer support from weiser and was told I could still lock the door from inside. Eventually they said they would send a new lock cylinder and info on how to change it. Then was told they could not mail it could only ship by UPS. I live rural UPS dose not deliever to my farm, it would seem weiser will only support urban customers. I will return the item but not for another weiser product, besides I'd perfer not to purchase a product from China.

I bought a couple other ones from another place and they were very flimsy amd had to return them. The looks of it is excellent as well. I am very happy with my purchase. You will not be disappointed if you get this lock.
