The Weiser Powerbolt 3 Electronic Door Lock, available in a transitional design, is an easy and attainable way to upgrade to an electronic door lock. It offers convenient keyless entry that makes coming and going secure and simple. Customize up to 25 user codes and enjoy easy code access with the 1-button light-up keypad. Additional features include Auto Lock and Vacation Mode, which provide security and peace of mind. All you need is a screwdriver to install it.

  1. AUTO LOCK: Enjoy security and peace of mind knowing your door can lock itself. Customize it to automatically lock every 30 sec, 1 min, 3 min, 5 min or 10 min.
  1. INTRUSTION ALERT: After 3 consecutive incorrect code entries, the lock sounds an alarm and disables the keypad for 1 min to prevent anyone from tampering with it.
  1. FEATURING SMARTKEY SECURITY: Allows you to re-key your lock yourself in seconds to previously or future purchased Weiser Locks. Comes with 2 keys; more can be cut in store!

The unit takes 4 double A batteries. Very easy to operate, full instructions are included. You can program up to 25 entry codes. The buttons light up which makes them easy to see in both day & night. The audible tones are loud so you can hear them. The unit comes with 2 keys to operate like a regular door lock. This is a very nice looking deadbolt which offers great convenience! I was given this lock for a review but we already had this installed at my primary residence. I would purchase again!

I love the fact that you can have multiple pass codes. The design is slim and sleek. You can easily rekey it to accommodate any key if you misplace or want to change your key. The instructions are very clear (which is honestly rare & a major plus, in my opinion) and it just looks so sleek and modern compared to a simple door knob. I was unfortunately not able to install my set because we are in the process of getting a new front door and it hasn’t yet arrived. I kind of played around with it out of the package and figured out how it works in a couple of minutes. I can see myself installing this in under 15 minutes. Once I can install it, I will come back and give a final review! 🖤

With the instructions being clearly outlined , this Weiser Powerbolt Electronic Deadbolt was extremely easy to install. Correct, all that was needed was a screw driver and a pre drilled hole on the door. I love that you can have many passwords if needed and the ease with using. It lets you know when the door is locked with the mechanism making noise so no need.to wonder if.the door is actually locked. If I could recommend one thing it would be to have a handle of sorts on the inside of the door. Other than that our garage feels more safe having this deadbolt installed.

We have been wanting to try these for a while now but didn’t take the plunge. So glad we were closed togive an honest review in return for this product. I love fow it automatically locks as we have kids and they always forget to lock the door. This is a game changer. We also have a dog that can open the door and we are always afraid he will let the cat out so this has brought me lots of peace in my life. Amazing! I already bought another one for the front door. If your on the fence about this we highly recommend getting one. It is a piece of mind and that is priceless.

As someone who does basic household DIY projects replacing my basic old house lock with Weiser digital lock was as easy as 1,2,3. The instructions are straightforward and installation is fairly simple. It works with standard door and latch dimensions and I didn't have to do anything beyond unscrew the old and screw on this new one. The best part of digital lock is that we don't need to copy our keys to give to neighbors or extended family for emergencies or vacations.

The lock was so easy to install and did not take too much time. I am impressed by the quality. We have never tried this brand before but i was amazed that it is such a high quality piece and was so easy to install. It has been 1 day since i received it, installed it and using it. I guess time will tell how durable it is but in my opinion i feel it is very good quality. I will recommend this to everyone and i would purchase it for my new home too

I received this deadbolt to test, and upon opening the box found that the keys didn’t turn the lock. I reached out to Weiser and after determining that I had an “out of box failure” they sent me a replacement within 3 days. I was so impressed! With my new deadbolt in hand, I got to work. I was able to install and fully program the deadbolt within 10 minutes. Truly impressive! The instructions are easy to follow, I love that it comes with smart keys, and the customer service was outstanding! Will definitely be purchasing Weiser in the future.

Weiser electronic locks are intended for installation on a door where the lock's interior is enclosed and protected from the outside elements. The keypad can face the exterior and withstand rain, sun, and snow. The full lock is not weatherproof and is not recommended to be installed on an outdoor with no covering. How does this lock fare/work in our cold Canadian winters, an electronic lock I have right now doesn't work very well when it's cold out, the latch doesn't want to turn.

Here are the temperatures that the Powerbolt 3 lock can withstand: Exterior: - 40F to 150F / Interior: 32F-140F Humidity Exterior: 100% condensing / Humidity Interior: 99% non-condensing We recommend loosening the mounting screws, located on the interior mounting plate, a quarter turn to ensure the lock does not bind when the weather is colder and the wood door expands.
