Our crosscut non-slip 3-inch jaws open up to a spacious 3-1/2 inches, keeping your workpieces perfectly still for sawing, drilling, polishing, grinding, or whatever else you need to get done. Made from heavy duty powder-coated 36,000 PSI cast iron, the WEN Bench Vise grips tightly onto your workpieces, providing over 1,850 pounds of clamping force. The swiveling base pivots over 130 degrees to meet the needs of any project, with three 12 mm mounting holes to attach to the table of your choice. Onboard 2-3/4 by 2-3/4-inch anvil helps provides metalworkers an aid for forging tools.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed Bought it 3 months ago and the jaws snapped on it when I was trying to use it to hold and calibrate my torque wrench. The torque was too much for it to handle. The vise was great up until then, really solid, and I expected more from it considering how solid it felt up to that point. Also not sure what's up with the metal but the jaws and anvil were coated in rust after 3 months (to be fair I leave it outside in a shed). Did I get a bad cast?
