Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do Not Purchase This fridge is a dud. Many people who've had it for more than 2 years will tell you the same thing. It works great while it's under warranty, and then 2-3 years later it stops cooling properly. (The temperature won't drop below 8-15 degrees.) I could occasionally get it to cool for a few days if I resent the temperature/computer on the front of the unit. But only ever a temporary solution, and doesn't resolve the issue 100% of the time. I was told that replacing the computer system would fix the issue. It did. For 2.5 weeks. $300 down the drain and now all my food is spoiling in the fridge and everything in the freezer is thawing yet again.

I was surprised how roomy the inside was for such a small fridge. The overall interior design/layout of shelving is brilliant. The door shelves are easily adjustable for various size bottles/cartons...genius!! The only thing I wish this fridge had was a pull out freezer drawer instead of door. But that "wish" doesn't affect my rating nor the functionality of this little powerhouse fridge. All the functions are great...love the "away" mode.

It is a smaller than normal fridge at 24" to fit into a condo kitchen. It is not a stainless steel fridge, the brushed steel look is actually a "finish" which will scratch if you do not follow the cleaning instructions. The fridge also has many useless features like vacation mode, which drops the temperature down while you're away. I find there's a lot of condensation in the interior, despite it being new. The only redeeming features is the sleek look and the adjustable shelves in the door. Glad I didn't pay extra for it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sent a fridge with a dead freezer (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This fridge is so new, that I was sent a dead on arrival product. Due to covid, this model is backlogged for replacement so far that a replacement date could not even be suggested. And because it is a sealed system, it would be unrealistic to replace due to the complexity and current lack of available parts. Whirlpool was very difficult to deal with and I had to continually push and hold them accountable for any sort of recourse, which took close to a month with frequent contact.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A dud Do not buy this fridge. It is a dud. Ours lasted for 2 months after we plugged it in. After waiting about a month for a new condenser, it worked again, for about another month. Next it was the evaporator. Another month wait for that part and it turns out the technician ordered the wrong one. Two more months went by and I missed the call saying the part was in. Having bought another fridge in the meantime, I did not follow up very urgently and now that I have they tell me they no longer have the part and its my fault for not following up sooner. Be warned: Whirlpool will only repair (very slowly), not refund your money.

We've only had this fridge a couple of years, now the defrost has stopped working. The freezer is staying cold, but not the fridge. It's going to be $600 to fix. I really wish I had seen the other reviews with this same issue, I never would have bought this fridge. Now we have a newly built kitchen, designed around this fridge, and a fridge that doesn't work after only a couple of years. Save yourself the headache, buy something else!!!!

There is no control to stop it from freezing the food in the fridge, I would have expected better quality from Whirlpool. Do not buy this crap.

Can I reverse the doors by myself? While looking at fridges some had a charge to reverse the doors and you voided the 'door warranty'? if you did it yourself.

Do not buy this, the fridge is junk and the warranty service is non existent. Mine broke down less than two weeks after purchase, but to answer your question, yes you can reverse the door yourself but I wouldn't trust the warranty.
