The Worx Landroid is easy to install and equipped with features to make your life easier. Its patented AIA technology lets it mow in a random algorithm and navigate narrow passageways with ease. Landroid is weatherproof and comes equipped with a rain sensor that lets it know to head back to the charging base so it doesnt mow wet grass. The mobile app allows you to control Landroid from the palm of your hand and suggests an auto schedule to best fit your lawns size and conditions. Landroid mows more frequently than other mowers, its offset razor-like blades cut a little off the top during every mow cycle and mow closer to the perimeter of the lawn. When the battery gets low Landroid knows to head back to its charging base to rest and recharge. Each wheel is driven by an independent brushless motor that gives it more maneuverability and helps it to navigate obstacles and slopes up to 20°. Select from 5 cutting height adjustments with the turn of a knob.

  1. [FULLY AUTOMATED] The Landroid M cuts lawns up to ¼ acre all by itself. [WI-FI & APP CONTROLLED] Measure your lawn, update your mowing schedule and more
  1. [NAVIGATES NARROW PATHS] Patented AIA technology allows Landroid to navigate narrow passageways too difficult for ordinary robotic mowers
  1. [CUSTOMIZED MOWING SCHEDULES] Have Landroid mow every day, every other day, it can even recommend an auto schedule based on your yards size and conditions
  1. [TACKLES OBSTACLES] If Landroid encounters obstacles it will bump them and back away. Also tackle slopes in your yard. The 7 offset 3-blade cutting disc gets closer to the edge than other mowers
  1. [RAIN SENSOR] Landroid detects rain, it returns to charger to wait until the lawn is dry. Even though its body is rain-resistant, it knows not to cut wet grass
  1. [DO IT ALL WITH THE SAME BATTERY] Do it all with WORX Power Share, the only cordless tool platform that uses the same battery to power 20V & 40V tools

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the effort [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit to cut the grass as it was a nuisance job for us. I do wish the install instructions were a little clearer. You need 4 inches from and obstacle but they needed to be clear that the unit follows the wire back to the base charger and it rides on the middle of the unit. That requires a lot more clearance. Other than that I do wish they would not advertise add on's that they do not have in stock on their web site, such a s ACS and wifi extender. Does a great job cutting our yard. Wish I had more grass.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 1.5 hours to setup the wire border for 2000 sq.ft.... 1.5 hours to setup the wire border for 2000 sq.ft. and wifi setup. Bump detection software may need adjustment to stop motion immediately after a certain resistance force is met. I noticed that one of the planter box is being moved slightly when a collision occurs. This can minimize the front end scratches/dings; which means it has good torque/power. Average of 45 mins charging in between 2 mowing runs that lasted about an average of 3 hours. Mowing manually set to ever other day. Very satisfied with the system. Current stats at 64 miles, 101 hrs of mower work, 29 cycle charges. Mowing St. Augustine grass. When is the recommended time to change the blades?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Zero maintenance I have had my Worx Landroid running for 3 weeks now and I watch my neighbors sweat every weekend, once laying the boundary wire and easily connecting to WiFi Moe (nickname) took off running I have him run 5 days a week for 1.5 hours I have an Intex pool and a child’s playset in my yard he will bump into and find his way around without issue .. this was a great purchase and an honest review from the Philadelphia area

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best investment ever! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research on robotic lawn mowers in general, and this mower in particular, before buying one. Most reviews I saw were mixed and I didn't want to waste my time or money on something that wasn't going to do what it was supposed to do. Since my wife and I hate mowing the lawn so much, we decided to take a risk and get this mower. We're glad we did! As mentioned by other reviewers, it takes a couple hours setting up your wire perimeter, but after that it's just a little fine-tuning and then it's pretty hands-off. Our mower rarely gets stuck and it's awesome watching it work out in the hot sun while we stay cool indoors. Heads up: Even though our lawn is 1/8 acre, there are lots of bends (i.e. it isn't just a rectangle) in our yard, so we ended up using more perimeter wire than was supplied. I highly recommend measuring the actual perimeter of your yard so that you can buy additional perimeter wire up-front if necessary. We had to wait about 2 weeks to get our additional wire, which was extremely frustrating since we had a robotic mower that wouldn't work until we completed the wire perimeter. Despite the headaches, we're very happy with our purchase.

They prodvided enough wires, stakes and blades. The mower saved me. Being a disbale veteran with multiple injuries helps with the mowing. My lawn puts my neighbor's lawn to shame. Thank you.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Still needs work, OK unit but much room for ient [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up was a pain but mainly because my land isn't completely flat. If you have a slopping lawn or lots of obstacles; I would recommend maybe getting the ACS or waiting for a better unit. I thought I had everything good but I think daily; I'm out there about 4 times to readjust the unit - either out of boundary wire, trapped, or something else. It's less than a month old (maybe 10 hours ran) and I already changed the blades. They were mostly dull and rusty looking. Overall OK unit but expect lots of set up and adjustments.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product, Even Better Customer Service We have had our Landroid for around 2 months and the neighbors are jealous! Install was very easy, watch the video's. It really is jut placing the wire 12" away from any edge or object you want this awesome robotic mower to avoid. Today I had an issue and spoke to Chris, Landroid Customer Service rep. He was incredibly helpful and very professional. My issue: error for wire missing. The app was helpful in identifying what the error meant and helpful hints to try and resolve the error. Before I jumped into this I gave Landroid customer service a call. Chris asked the right questions to make sure he understood what the actual error was. Knew exactly the next step to take; green light on the charging dock was on, move landroid off the base and withing the boundary wire, power on, hit start, hit ok and lets see if it works. And it did! For some reason during the rain storms last week something was messed up and the error occurred. Thanks to Chris Landroid is back mowing. What a great product and even better customer service.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I think maybe I should have gotten a bigger one.... I think maybe I should have gotten a bigger one. It gets stuck in ruts by the forward guard. Have cut the border wire twice at grass level 2 and will be staying on level 3. I get uncut clumps and that's most concerning. I am wondering if anyone else is having this problem and if it can be traded in for a large model.

Does it notify of theft? Can it hand the front and back yards?
Asked by: GuyFromPortland
Thank you for your question. It will not send you a message indicating that it was stolen, However, If the Landroid is lifted for any reason, it will send an alert to your app indicating that a lifted error occurred. The Landroid can handle both the front and back yards. In order for the Landroid to move from on to the other, they would need to be connected through a corridor or path. You can install two separate areas if necessary, but in this case the Landroid would need to be manually moved from one area to the other.

I have about 1.5 acres that need cut, can this do that?

Asked by: Ash
Thank you for your question. No, while the Landroid can handle an area larger than 1/2 acre, it would not be able to work in an area as bit as that. The maximum amount of wire we recommend using in 1145 linear ft.

My lawn has a lot of divers/small holes throughout. Will the wheels get stuck or is it able to conquer small obstacles?

Asked by: Ally
Thank you for your question. It depends on how big the wholes are. if you purchase the WR140 (1/4 acre) it may get stuck, the WR150 (1/2 an acre) will deal better with this since it has two wheels on the front, the WR140 only has 1

I have 0.55 acres can i use the smaller 1/4 acre model and just have it cut more frequently?
Asked by: Tyler
Tyler, Thank you for your question. While the WR140 will be able to handle the cutting area, you would have to almost double the amount of time the machine would need to work or make sure it works everyday and more charging cycles would be needed. For efficiency, we would recommend using the WR150 for 0.5 Acre lawns. Please call our dedicated Landroid Support line at 800-727-6260 if you have further questions or concerns.

So you can leave the charging base outside all year long? Or would you need to bring the base inside for any reason?
Asked by: whitt55
Thank you for your question. It would depend on how cold the winters are where you are. If you get temperatures bellow freezing, we would recommend bringing the base in, otherwise you can leave it outside through the year.

Folks, can I combine 2 sets of boundary wires and not lose fuctionality?
Asked by: Jay
Thank you for your question. Yes, you can combine the wire, as long as it is 18 gauge wire. Keep in mind that the maximum length of wire we recommend to be used with the Landroid is 1100 ft.

My lawn is a perfect rectangle with three sides border by a fence and gable retaining wall. Do those enclosed sides need guide wire, or is the wire only for setting a no cross boundary.
Asked by: Curious
The wire is required even if you have a fence. The boundary wire will indicate the area the Landroid needs to work in as well as giving a path for the mower to go back to the base to recharge. If the wire is not present, the Landroid will not go out to mow.
