The stylish Lattice Planter from Yardistry is a flower box that is sure to impress. With a square opening measuring 19.25 and a depth of 21.5 the Lattice Planter can accommodate almost any plant. The project is very mobile and makes a beautiful addition to any garden, or an impressive accent to pathways or entrances around your home. The Lattice Planter Kit, like all Yardistry projects, is manufactured from exterior grade cedar (Cunninghamia Lanceolata). Cedar was chosen as the building material of choice as Cedar is more naturally resistant to rot and decay than other wood species, it is very structurally sound and it has a lifespan comparable to that of manmade synthetic materials such as vinyl. The factory applied stain provides additional protection against the elements and coats the Lattice Planter in a rich shade of warm grey.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a planter but a concealer I live in a condo with a large deck. My goal was to create a container garden with something I could put together, that was light weight, and had openings for a siphon system. First, it isn't a planter but just a shell to conceal a plant in a pot. There is no bottom panel. The picture does not show the bottom of a pot. Also, the "planter has legs". I had assumed that there was a bottom panel! Instead, I can only conclude that the image was cropped! If I can make it work, I now have to look for something to elevate a plant in a pot so I don't have large ring stains on my deck or figure out how to build something inside. I had hoped this product would be the solution to create a level surface so I could rig up a self-watering siphon system. I ordered a whole bunch of these and now really no further ahead in creating a container garden. The paint was not entirely dry when they put the product in the box. I had to pry pieces apart and the paint peeled down to the wood. I am disappointed that the instructions said "cut" and "drill" when I don't have the tools but the blurb on the website indicate easy assembly. The assembly could be helped with stickers. I have four of these and three of the larger ones and lattice and posts and post toppers. Very disappointed in the marketing. stuck with future fire wood
